Ingomar’s Daylen Grisham Named 2026 C Spire Miss Basketball
Ingomar Lady Falcons star Daylen Grisham has been named the 2026 C Spire Miss Basketball winner in Class 1A, one of the highest individual honors in Mississippi high school basketball.
The award, presented annually by the Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) in partnership with the Mississippi Association of Coaches (MAC), recognizes the top players in each classification for their performance on the court and their leadership and character off it.
For Grisham, the recognition is just part of a remarkable high school career.
A Championship Legacy
Grisham, a senior in the Class of 2026, is a a four-time state champion, helping power the Lady Falcons to four consecutive titles. She was also named championship game MVP twice, cementing her reputation as a player who rises to the moment when the stakes are highest.
Her ability to control tempo, score in key stretches, and defend at a high level has made her one of the most complete players in Mississippi’s 1A ranks. Over her career, Grisham consistently filled the stat sheet — contributing scoring, rebounding, assists, and defensive stops while serving as a leader for a championship-caliber program.
