East Union ranked among top teams in state after pair of run rule victories

The Lady Urchins of East Union picked up a pie of run rule victories this week, including a division win, to move to 5-2 on the season.

They also find themselves ranked among the top 2A teams by at least one publication.

East Union defeated Pine Grove 12-2 on Monday and got a key division win over Strayhorn 14-2 on Tuesday.

The Lady Urchins are 2-0 in division play, having beaten their opponents 20-7 in division play.

MS Gridiron lists EU as the 4th best team statewide in 2A.
