East Union softball ranked as #1 team in state after UC tourney title

The Lady Urchins picked up a Union County tournament title and a #1 statewide ranking last week by at least one statewide publication.

It was a good week.

The Lady Urchins went 7-0 on the week, capturing their 6th straight Union County title and they moved up from #4 to the #1 team in the state in 2A.
