Macie Phifer is the Union County Sports Athlete of the Month presented by Eaton Babb & Smith for September 2021.
Macie, a freshman multi-sport standout for Ingomar, got the award after leading her volleyball squad to a district title for a second straight season.
The Lady Falcons would go on to play for a North Half title for a second straight season.
Macie was among the 1A state leaders in both kills and aces in 2021in volleyball.
